Historic Center Suite

The room itself was fine and location is very central.

Check in was extremely frustrating. The name used in the booking- Historic Center Suite- is used nowhere on the property. We were not giving any instruction prior to arrival about how to check in and I was not expecting to arrive to the address with an unmarked door. When we were let into the front door there were no markings about where to go. When we went up some stairs there was an empty desk labeled "Sorrento Apartments" or something like that. We rang the bell but no one was there to answer. This ended up being where we were supposed to check in but again it was not labeled with anything that was in the post and there was no one there to greet us.

Location is amazing ! Terrace was a nice have. The shower head wasn’t working when we got there but the host was very quick to send a technician to repair it immediately, which we really appreciate it. Overall a good stay in the heart of Sorrento walking distance to absolutely everything !

Place is a little older, but the location compensates for this.

Posizione in pieno centro.

Comunicavamo con una signora mai vista per chiedere quello che ci serviva. Mai fatto check in e check out tant' è che siamo andati via e non c'era nessuno in recrption, come sempre. Parcheggio convenzionato (mica tanto! €25 a notte), indicato dalla signora al telefono. Soggiorno di 4 giorni. Comunque per visitare la zona in periodi fuori stagione bastano anche 2/3 giorni.

La posizione , centralissima, in zona pedonale.

Nella camera le pulizie non erano state fatte in modo adeguato, in bagno non vi era uno specchio sul lavandino, non c'era un contenitore per la raccolta dei rifiuti, ne tanto meno qualche riferimento a dove differenziare i rifiuti.

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente y nadie nos atendió...nos tuvimos que marchar sin ducharnos. Además, el control del TV no funcionaba...

O ar condicionado estava muito sujo e nao limparam, a limpeza do quarto tb deixou a desejar, sem espelho no banheiro.

This was a delightful place! The balcony in the room is amazing, you can just watch and enjoy all the sights and sounds going by and when you close the doors...SILENCE! AMAZING! It was right in the heart of everything. Easy to walk to anything and wonderful directions to get into the flat. The communication was top notch. We had a car and needed parking advice( there's a lot-35 euros for 24 hrs). I can't forget the private deck area, right outside your door , it was so relaxing, we were there in September and the weather was lovely, sitting on the patio was so relaxing hearing all the sounds of the people below. Bottom line:Everything was amazing, from the location to the private deck area, being able to look out the windows at the streets below, having the windows open to take in all that Sorrento has to offer, from the fragrance of the surrounding restaurant, to the laughter, to the clinking of classes toasting celebrations- This is truly a jewel of a place.
