Very good location in old sorrento center. Big and clean room no problem in communication. Highly recommend

The property was satisfactory

The description on the booking site said ‘Free’ next to the airport shuttle service which is why I booked the hotel. The service was not free, it was 132 euro and after telling me they were able to book it, the night before they then said it was too late and could no longer book the service. When I asked for information on alternative travel options they did not respond.

Posizione centralissima, bel terrazzo.

Stanza rumorosa, sia dalla strada che dai vicini di stanza. Letto che si rompeva, era una branda già con le doghe rotte. lavandino con il rubinetto che mi rimaneva in mano, doccia che non si chiudeva bene e andava acqua in giro. Insomma, trasandata.

The host didn’t wait for us and showed up even if we only arrive at 6pm, and we rang many times. Finally: There was other people who opened the door for us. I met other guests had same problems. It is tiring when you arrive and need to wait for long time and on one open the door.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. It is spacious, modern, and very clean and comfortable. The location is so central that you are in the heart of all that Sorrento has to offer. The added bonus is the wonderful terrace and the Juliet balcony for people watching.

Small areas of improvement would be maintenance of the shower and Netflix enabled TV.

Location is excellent. I do not have breakfast

To clean the room at leadt every 2 days and change towels and make a bed.
