Taormina is a must visit place.

I cannot recommend the place, it's unreliable.

The property is at a very good location. Close by to town and all restaurants and attractions.

We were about to sleep in the car the date that we arrived. I booked through booking.com, which has been always fine with the exception of this time. I was cleared that I will arrive between 8-9pm, which was an option. Few minutes before our arrival I received a text explaining the steps for self-check in. We got to the property and we went to check in, to find out that the property was empty, closed, nobody was there to welcome us and the worse, there was no electricity. I went back to my car and checked my phone and find a new message that stated from the front desk person that she has left and if I needed anything I could addressed it directly with the owner and a phone number was shared. I called the number and a male picked the phone. He reported that they have had an issue with the electricity and due to the holidays they were unable to confirm my reservation and booking.com will pay me back. When I heard that, I was about to explode and I mentioned that my child was hungry, sleepy and cold from the long grip

The only good thing was the location.

The room was very, very cold. There was mold inside the fridge. The bathroom did not include hand wash. Breakfast was not included in the price even though it said so in the booking.

Very dirty, bad smell, lot od moisture
