facility really need maintenance, morning quite noisy because kitchen is within the bedroom floor so you get up with the host.

Goog location and value for money

The property had a great view from the balcony to see Mt Etna, decent breakfast (hot latte/cappuccino) prepared by the staff. The location requires some walking to the center (15 min).

Our room had only 1 light bulb (at least comes with 6 slots in the ceiling), the room is kind of dark. There’s a bathtub for shower. There’s no hand towels, only two bath towels for 3 adults, we requested through booking.com message, it said contact the owner directly, didn’t hear back from the booking.com message.

I liked the location and affordability.

The check in process is horrible and mostly guess work and very poor communication from the staff.

Very close to main street. 7 min walking. Terrace with view of mount Etna. The owner was available for any question.

It wasnt clean at all. The walls were in bad condition, bathroom mirror wasnt clean. Dusty, and the double bad was very small. The breakfast was miserable. You should be much better because u have very good location
