strong unpleasant smell from bathroom (family room)

The place was ok. The host also provided the breakfast.

Well, there were lots of issues during our stay. Starting with the problem of entering the room (the key didn't work and there was no one to help us there so we had to wait for a long time to enter the room) to the lack of hot water in the shower and very cold room at night. The room was far from clean as well. The bedding had some weord staibs too. For that price they should definitely try harder. The one good thing is the constant contact via WhatsApp to solve the appearing issues but that's basically it.

Great location walking distance from the town centre. Great views from the terrace.

Location is good, Etna view and huge terrace

Bedding was not changed after previous guests. We found someone’s underwear on the bed under cover. Mold in bathroom, wardrobe doors not working, poor lighting.

The owner didn’t answer over the phone Was no internet connection, cold water at the bathroom, cold at the room because air conditioner didn’t work . It was not my room which I booked

The bed was really comfortable.

The water of the shower could be more warmer
