It is a very cosy place. Very central and the owners are very nice as well!

The room and bathroom are nice , everything seemed pretty clean. The owner is very nice and kind. And breakfast is really nice with a view of Etna.

The walk to the appartment is a bit tiring if you have suitcases, but it’s still very close to the center (like 8 minutes)

The staff were useless, and i was given no details for self check in so was stranded in 40 degree weather. With the breakfast, they told us to take some and didn’t tell us we had to pay then proceeded to make us pay after we had eaten

We booked very spontaneously and the room was ready within 2 minutes

Location was good. Its close to city center. We checked out earlier and host prepared breakfast for us anyway. It have very beautiful view on the balcony.

It was like wet inside. Pillows and blankets feel like they were wet. In bathroom there was like water leak from bathtube. Our Room definitely need some reconstruction.
