Staff were the only good thing about this very uncomfortable place. The lower price tag is no excuse for a very thin mattress, doors that are not doors and transmit noise and sound, and the overall coldness and gloom.

The room was very cold, heating was not working so we were freezing the whole night. Only two towels, the wardrobe had broken door, bed and blankets were not actually dirty but didn't look quite fresh. The communication with the owners was really bad, in the end stopped responding. Not recomended.

Good location. Great view of Mt. Etna. Great breakfast. Great, kind service from the hosts. Easy check-in. All in all great value. Recommended.

Bathroom probably needs a little fix up (change of shower-head, light bulb in mirror lamp, the plug that you pull to change from tap to shower is loose). But for the price you cant demand that much though. Besides the noise in opening and closeing the glass panel doors that some have already mentioned, if it is windy outside and someone leaves the balcony door in the living-room open, the glass panel doors of the rooms will shake quite profusely and loudly. Woke me up several times.

It's a hostel, but with a private bathroom. There was no window in the room. There was no toilet paper at all, and no one responded to the request to bring it

I was sent the instructions to enter the hotel on the same day, not having internet, I struggled to enter the house, given there's no reception. For the future maybe send the details a couple of days in advance
