Poorly cleaned bathroom

Location was good. Breakfast ok. There was a nice lady cleaning and preparing the breakfast. From the room there was a nice view to Etna.

The lady did not talk very good English and it was not possible to leave the luggage anywhere after the check out.

The rooms are big and comfortable, there is a shared area to sit and eat which is great and a beautiful view.

The sheets made our eyes swell all three of us.

The breakfast and the host were nice, and the location is pretty convenient.

The room was a mess, very cold, the light was so bad, some lightbulbs were not working, the flush wouldn't work in the bathroom, the water stopped running in the middle of my mother's shower - which is not great, the beds were small and not comfy at all. We had a heater which worked pretty nicely but stopped all of a sudden as well.

We were delighted by the comfort and amenities during our stay! The room was cozy with ample space for us to spread out. The breakfast options were plentiful and generous! Our hosts even helped us with a place to store a bicycle in the garage while we were out. This stay exceeded our expectations!
