Le nuove porte di Taormina

It was basically a good stay. However, it was not clear to us that it was a shared space with other guests and separate bedrooms. It was difficult to navigate, and there were no parking spaces. A woman was upset because we used the parking garage. It could have been better organized in principle. Nevertheless, we had a good time, and it was just a clean place with effective communication through self-check-in

Central location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff

On 4.11.2023 I was with my family at the address indicated in the reservation from 15 . 33 hours I called 7 times from my personal phone number to the number from the connection reservation but the phone was disconnected. I talked to the neighbors and told them that often people don't find anyone at the address. Now I'm thinking what if there is a fire or an electrical problem, how would I notify the landlord for help when I have no connection with him. I disappointed my son and wife and paid for another hotel.

Everything

Located within walking distance from the city center and very bright and spacious. Since we were leaving early we couldn't have breakfast but they were super accommodating about helping us find parking for our car.

We were excited to use the hot tub after a long exhausting day walking but unfortunately it did not work for us, water was leaking everywhere.

The owners were super nice, the breakfast was good. Provided instructions- really helpful and clear. There is a balcony with an incredible view towards the whole Taormina coast and Etna.

The shower stand was broken, but other than that, everything was really good. Our best stay in Sicily so far!
