Aramatai Gardens

Very comfortable cottage in a lovely garden. If you get the chance, take the time to walk up to the waterfall. You’ll enjoy it.

The cottage is lovely, comfy bed and has everything you need, including things for a nice breakfast in the morning. The gardens are beautiful. We stayed here the night before starting the Timber trail, a very convenient location for that. Nice and easy communication from Jill, would definitely stay again!

Lovely surrounding environment with gardens. Good privacy.

No light at entrance gate, so it’s hard to see when arriving at night.

The property and beds were great, and breakfast was nice. Location was critical for us, as there wasn't much in this area to choose from -- and Aramatai Gardens served just as we needed it to!

Communication could have been much better. There seem to be signs, but they're a bit conflicting (e.g., signs for camper vans vs. signs to the main house, but not explicit sign for the lodge for B&B guests, or most importantly, how to pick up your keys). It would have been nice to have an email laying out exactly what the process would be if arriving at 9pm (like we were).

The garden was nice.

Had no blankets on the bed,just sheet and bedspread.was a very cold night so had to have the heater on all night.In the morning no hot water in sink,shower or kitchen sink.may have been because of heavy frost. Despite booking several weeks prior and been confirmed the host had forgotten we were coming and wondered what we were doing there when she came to the cottage at 6pm.

Most beautiful gardens and when you're in the kitchen you can see all the farm animals playing and frolicking around.
