The location weren't bad

What I didn't like is the fact that the person who booked us in not sure if it's the owner we're very rude the Saturday talked to us like we are nothing. I told her we paid for our trip no one did us any favor and also I could see that they are racist. I regret the fact that I booked at river bank lodge never ever again. I had the worst experience no sink in rooms we had to clean my babys bottles outside very very uncomfortable. 😡😡😡😡😡 The fact that we spend money and didn't enjoy our stay in Upington makes me very angry we just wanted to get away from that place really

On the river

Beds are small , no breakfast served however this was not a big deal and Gabi referred us to Protea if we needed

The location where it is situated on/along the Orange River bank

The racist behaviourof the owner who moved us to another room in a dark corner due to another white guest who complained that we are talking too loud

Central location; well equipped and spotless; beautiful view on river and shady garden, very friendly host; value for money

The landscaping and the views at the back (the river)

Good coffee and a choice of hot or cold breakfast offered. The rooms were clean and comfortable, our host upgraded our room which had a lovely view of the orange river.
