This property should not be on booking .com we were very disappointed with the facility the kitchen stove was damaged and taken apart. Bathroom toilet was loose ,missing bracket for holding shower head. Stairs not up to code.this is a rustic hostel very disappointed with booking .com for recommend this.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Its a nice, quiet place, and the room was even better than what we expected. WiFi is good and there is no problem parking the car.

Room did not completely match the description on booking.com. However, the differences were of no importance to us, and overall the room was even better than expected.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature. Very nice view. A bit confusion regarding which room was ours, but in the end we got a large very nice room. The host doesn’t live there, so you meet only others that spend the night there. Think the hole house is made for renting out rooms. Make sure to have food supplies etc with you, as there are no stores in the vicinity.

Nothing, everything was fine and good value for the money.

1. Beds were comfortable 2. Could use the sitting room to watch TV as no TV provided in upstairs rooms

1. Advertisement of 'continental breakfast'. When arrived and asked what time this was on in the morning, host said that this wasn't an option. We made very clear we thought there was breakfast included in the price. Host said he would double check with co-host. We presumed breakfast would be ready for us in morning, or even kitchen would be available to use, but nothing or no-one was there. After looking through all advertisements on booking.com, and screenshots sent to the host, they agreed to leave porridge pots outside our bedroom door for 'continental breakfast' 2. Advertisement that toiletries and kettle/tea making facilities were included. There was only soap in the bathroom, not even a shower gel. We had to ask for shower gel ourselves. We had to ask for a kettle, and host just provided a kettle. We had to ask ourselves for cups. Thank god we had our own tea bags and milk as they were not provided. 3. Lack of communication with host. This property is advertised as Bed and breakfast. Typically in Ireland, this means you arrive and meet host. Have a bit of breakfast in morning. This property doesn't follow this procedure and is more of an Air B&B style. When you arrive, even during check in times, you just walk in and a note is left there telling you your room number. Kitchen was opened the second morning, but not even a milk was left in fridge. 4. Safety concerns. I would consider the stairs in this house unsafe and unfinished. I would not recommend any children to be staying upstairs in the property. The drive way conditions are very poor, covered in loose stones and weeds. I was concerned for my types upon arrival.
