Arrived soaking wet, no one there but paid in advance - waited until 7:30 pm to check in. False advertising - no spa tub - just small shower, no TV let alone flat screen, no coffee maker - an instant coffee 'drink' supplied with kettle...asked for milk for tea in the morning and shown locked kitchen - promised it would be open in the morning - it was locked, breakfast was a packet of instant oatmeal - other guest comments said it was much more:( , no view, it was just awful.

Very disappointed of our ruined stay at Four Seasons House. I sent a text to the house few days before free cancelation to ask about some things, she didn’t respond. On arrival was nobody here and we found a key left for us. First thing I did after entered my room is tried to connect to Wi-Fi as I needed to finish my work project urgently. It wasn’t working. I called the owner and she said it has to work. Still didn’t worked in half an hour. It was advertised the pool table(same as Wifi) for play also and my son was looking forward to it. There was a mess there and room was locked. I did contact ELENA again about Wifi and pool table. After another half an hour I tried to ring her again to say we are leaving as I need Internet, nobody answered phone for few times. I sent a kind reply saying I am leaving as I need Internet and hoping for refund, got no reply. We didn’t use anything (even a toilet) in that hour. She ignored my calls and messages and didn’t give a penny back, bookings.com refunded some money to me. Once she is not respecting visitors, I will add on all this that house and yard looks bad outside, it is not a mountain view but a building site with broken windows, bricks, old furniture inside and carpet, holes under the windows, childish dog’s duvet sets and etc…I will add pics where possible even they look better than real... Please AVOID this place!

Idyllic location and very comfortable. Will visit again.

Would have preferred the use of kitchen.
