It was a nice large room nice shower it's in the centre of town for places to visit

The shower sliding door was broken at the top.its really noisy at night

She left water and latte tea and coffee with kettle and provided shower gel and toilet roll

The house smelled like a toilet was very uncomfortable. The mug was stained with lipstick which was concerning regarding cleanliness although the bed sheets did seem to be fresh and clean with no marks or holes

Excellent value for money close to town and near central pier the room is cosy and quiet with some good amenities

Couldn't fault it would stay again

The location was not bad. It was clean. The owner’s seemed nice even though I didn’t sleep there I would go back and stay.

Very steep stairs.Needs a bit of work doing to the building looks very tired and doesn’t look finished and there has dump stains.

Having a double bed was better than a single! The room was quiet at night, a definite plus.

The room decor was a bit shabby. One of the bulbs in the ceiling light didn't work. No light over the hand basin made it hard to see when shaving. The cold tap needed to be switched.off really hard. The washer probably needs replacing. The thermostatic valve on the wall radiator didn't seem to make any difference. Luckily it wasn't too cold.

I was told I had onsuite bathroom and I didn’t. There was no heating. The bed was damp to touch. I understand it was run down so cheap but there were holes in sheets. I had to be moved to a box room just to be remotely warm. I didn’t feel safe. The guest didn’t seem that bothered. Tried to help first time round but then ignored to receive a message the next day after I left. Past residents tooth paste in glass and provide a room with no running water but left me a bottle of already opened water
