The location good value for money and friendly staff

Was very good value for money. Staff were excellent and very helpful if needed with good communication, especially the bonny lass in a cap! Shame I didn't catch her name.

The shower wasn't powerful enough and took a while to heat up, but no big deal when it's so cheap.

Great location, great for a few nights out in the town, no complaints

All was fine in my opinion

I stayed at the White Moon for almost a week over Christmas, and was very happy there.The price I paid was a bargain even for a single room, but the young lady manager, Joy, who is really nice, put me in a double room and let me stay there even when I extended my stay. The bed was super comfortable and had high quality linen. There were nice pictures on the wall and the room got good morning light, so it was a pleasant place to be. The little shelving units beside the bed were very handy. The shower room was good and I really appreciated having a grab rail in there, which not many places do.

Apart from the steep stairs, which are universal in Blackpool, the only thing I don't like about the White Moon is that there is always a weird smell in the hallways. I don't think it's due to anything sinister, and it doesn't reach the bedrooms, but the place would be better without it.

The room and hotel stank of cat wee,within an hour myself and my cloths smelt the same,had to return home out of embarrassment and lost money for the venue u had payed for absolutely disgusting

Room was comfy

security was very poor nobody to help me when I needed it they wouldn't answer their phone

The bed was comfortable and room was very clean staff were lovely. .

The t.v didn't work , and no tea,coffee or sugar were left in room so I couldn't make a cuppa .

the lady was lovely and the room was good size

could do with updated and quite a few hairs in the shower
