White Moon Hotel

I can’t really put much on here other than the location is in an okay position and the girl that greeted me was nice enough.

The smell throughout the hotel smelt of damp then general look of the building inside and its corridors were dated and not looked after. My room was full of chipped furniture the walls were a complete mess ripped off wallpaper and cracked walls. The bed had only 1 pillow and no spare anywhere. The tv was tiny and had some form of pulled off sticker on it. The bathroom wow the shower was all mucky at the edges and the vent was covered in dirt and my room throughout had the same damp smell. All in all I think the place needs to close and money spent on it to get it to a decent standard because for the money I spent it really wasn’t worth it and would recommend people to stay clear the pictures are not a true reflection.

It was a good location where it was , very near to everything where we wanted to to go

I thought the shower would be better, it needs to be more updated a lot more, the sink was in the bedroom which I did not like ,

The hotel was basic however just what we needed for our night stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean as was the shower room. It was in an easy to find location and a very short walk to the seafront and town centre. The owner was exceptional, she was very lovely and helped us in on arrival and out on departure, you can tell she was customer focused and nothing was too much for her.

The onion have was when we walked in we could tell it was an old building by the smell, it wasn’t dirty or unclean but I would maybe suggest using an air freshener if possible or incense sticks?

Booked on behalf of my uncle who stayed with us he really enjoyed the comfort of the room, how kind and lovely the owner was and how the location was .

Pleasant does need major refurb but then it wouldn’t be as cheap as it was for 5people

Got locked in my room at one point, which was freaky, but apart from that good.

Bed was comfortable ,that's it

Smell of cigarettes and cat wee in the hotel hall ,also someone was smoking cigarettes in the hotel room,soon when gets to night time hotel came to live- group of blokes in and out of the hotel,noise in the hall,outside the door of our room,blokes standing outside hotel since midnight till early morning hours,talking and laughing like is bright day light, I'm not felt comfortable staying there with the kids as was worried about our safety, Doesn't seem like a just a holiday makers stay place,gives me a " hostel" vibe. Me and my partner couldn't sleep at all,as noises in the hall and in the street,outside the hotel. Tatty and not really clean place,No towels at all- we went to shop to get 1. Don't expect any food and breakfast. Wouldn't recommend family with children as not feeling safe there at all

The young lady running it was very helpful.. went out of her way to help..Great location very clean and comfortable.

The lady who was on the front was lovely. Couldn't do enough for you. She kept apologizing for her English, but she was so lovely and her English was pretty good

The room had something on the ceiling and one room, we booked four smelled like someone had been smoking in there.

It was close to the Winter Gardens and the owner was happy fir me to leave my bag there until my room was ready for check in which was also a couple of hours earlier than stated when booking

The shower was just a dribble in the room I was in and could definitely do with getting sorted out.
