"No 1 hotel in Blackpool"

The owner Chris was very friendly. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was excellent. The room was large and very clean. Chris couldn’t make us more welcome. Nothing he wouldn’t do to help guests The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Blackpool. And definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book there the next time I visit Blackpool.10/10

Lovely little b&b. Owner was wonderful, friendly, and so helpful, always going the extra mile. Breakfast was absolutely superb - one of the best! Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely pleasure to stay at kirkview, owners were amazing very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Our room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend.

"Great little stay 🤩"

The owner was very friendly and really looked after us. The breakfast was amazing and we got it for free for being genius 2 level. We would definitely stay again.

Location was a little bit further away from areas we wanted to visit but still walkable. Street was a bit scruffy with a few empty buildings but that was the area in general.
