"Lovely stay again at the Kirkview"

Our second stay at The Kirkview, Chris is a really friendly and helpful host, nice clean bedroom and breakfast area, great location and decent price. Nice breakfast too, hope to be back.

"Amazing stay close to centre"

Amazing location, so close to the city centre and promenade! The owners were really friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We had a great quiet night's sleep. The breakfast was very good and a great way to set us up for the day. We will definitely book again for our next Blackpool stay.

"Fantastic place"

Breakfast was the best I've had thanks to Chris Location was just right 10 minutes walk to the tower

"Exceptional"

Everything about The Kirkview is exceptional. The men who run it were super lovely and accommodating. The decor is beautiful throughout, the rooms are lovely, clean and have everything you could want. They made us and the kids feel so welcome. Breakfast was delicious and so well priced for what we got! I will definitely book again. Thank you for making our stay lovely.

"A great find"

Stayed there the last week in March. We arrived on a cold miserable afternoon. Chris the owner had the room lovely and cosy for us. Although the room was small it was spotless and nicely decorated, the shower and toilet was a good enough size. The bed was comfortable and we never heard anything during our 5 night stay. I've been going to Blackpool for years and the breakfast has got to be one of the best we've had. Chris was very attentive, we were always last down for breakfast, after we'd eaten we'd have a seat on the comfortable couch in the dining room and he'd take time to chat with us. The hotel had everything we wanted, clean, quiet and that beautiful breakfast. Great value, I would definitely return.
