Kelley was so welcoming, friendly and very keen to make sure our stay was comfortable. Excellent breakfast too. Super location for the Winter Gardens.

A bit too warm! A good problem to have in February.

The location was brilliant, close to the tower which is what we needed. Managed to get a parking space outside.

The room was very outdated and filthy. The lady was nice and helpful but the man never spoke. Walking into reception felt intrusive as it was more like a living room area with toys and washing everywhere. The bar was closed as their child was poorly which can’t be helped, it can’t be easy running a b&b with young children. Breakfast wasn’t served until 9/10 which was too late for us, so we went elsewhere. Did the job for 1 night and what we needed, couldn’t have stayed any longer.

Very friendly welcome and they went above and beyond when it came to me checking in later than usual.

I could not find fault with anything, it is the best hotel i have stayed in Blackpool
