It's a classic like it is in Blackpool. It's a poor town and so are the hotels

"Our stay at Rockley"

Great location for the shops, seafront and wintergardens. Clean room , free parking in the street if your lucky to get a space, easy access to extra tea and coffee milk etc

Breakfast wasn't warm on first 2 days we went out for brunch the other 2 days Bar area felt like you were in someone's living room messy, clothes lying around Towels and bedding lay in a pile on the landing for 4 days . Strange smell throughout the communal areas

"Rooms could do with update."

Decor on stairs and landing and dining area was great. Also good breakfast and location

There was a funny smell like a gone off poultry smell. Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Shower was very small so i had a wash. I know owners are new so hopefully they will be able to update things going forward. I wish owners well

"Exceptional"

Really good staff, couldn't do enough for you. Very down to earth. Great breakfast, great value, great location. Lovely warm room. I believe it's now new owners and they are finding their feet and saying that I would 100% stay again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

"Ok stay"

Staff where nice, room was ok bed was comfy and havin heatin on was brill as cold night so was cosy wirh having heating on..Breakfast was nice

Unfortunately needs to be updated in some places in room.. Also would help if plates and cutlery where cleaned and tables as this let the place down..

Brilliant B and B in Blackpool. Excellent location, right in the centre, perfect for events at Winter Gardens and the tower. Super friendly owners, traditional breakfast. For the price you couldn't ask for more. If you are looking for a great value stay in Blackpool then the Rockley is the one for you.
