A lovely B&B with modern minimalist decor and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely view from room 5. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Private parking, which is a huge bonus in Dartmouth. It's about a 10 minute walk into town down a very steep hill, but there is a bus that runs every half hour so you don't have to walk back.

The decor, interior and exterior design and cleanliness was exceptional. Neil and Neville are lovely and amazing hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect, which it was. Their attention to detail was second to none!Breakfast was absolutely delicious and everything was so fresh and with the best ingredients.

Didn’t expect it to be so hilly but a regular bus service makes getting back up so easy.

Very good selection of breakfast options. Great views from our deluxe room and from breakfast dining area. Fabulous room and very comfortable. Greeted by front of house on arrival and made to feel very welcome. He was also helpful in recommending local restaurants and how to get around. Greeted by both proprietors on the morning when leaving, which was a nice touch.

Our room was great, everything was spotlessly clean and the staff and breakfast were fantastic.

The hill up and down, but it's easy to drive into Dartmouth. You can also get the 90 bus or a taxi really easily. But this would definitely not put me off from staying again.

The Dartmouth Boutique is a superb b/b excellent location with great views lovely breakfast was a great start to the day the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable as was the whole b/b would definitely recommend Steve was a great host and his partner in crime who's name i can't remember my apologies worked well together once again thanks for a great stay.

The steepness of the roads to get to the b/b but we were told about the number 92 bus.

Neil the host was amazing, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was first class.
