very warm welcome, exceptionally clean room and well presented, really top notch breakfast with lovely view out across hills and Dartmouth

some flexibility on breakfast times would have been welcome but it was busy and we were happy to fit in.

Immaculate, parking a real bonus and good quality breakfast

At the top of a very steep hill but, local bus stop close so would recommend to avoid walk back

Excellent accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Excellent hosts, Neil and Neville.

Make use of the 90 bus to go down to Dartmouth and back. The hill is far too long and steep to climb unless you are super fit.
