Ian and David are exceptional hosts- warm, attentive and genuinely in tune with every guest's needs. Their local knowledge is a real bonus and the location is fantastic. The breakfast is a highlight in itself-gives you an authentic taste of the city-beautifully done. I'll admit I had some hesitation about the private bathroom being separate from the room but the short walk to the bathroom felt entirely private. No issue whatsoever.

Desayuno casero, la cama comodisima, la decoración e instalaciones impecables, la amabilidad de sus anfitriones, la limpieza impoluta (incluyendo moquetas escalera y zonas comunes) y el nivel de atención a todos los detalles. Repetiríamos sin duda! Ian y David fueron estupendos también guardando nuestras maletas.

"Perfect getaway"

Very nice and quiet. Are hosts were perfect and very solicitous of our care and needs. Definitely recommend this place if you want a quiet stay a reasonable walk from Old town Edinburgh

"A fabulously comfortable and convenient B&B with wonderful hosts"

Hosts were amazing - super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous, the beds were very comfortable & the bathroom was large. Having a bus right out the front made getting around really easy. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family :-)

"Simply perfect"

Everything. Ian and David are kind and present for any need. The room the cleanest ever. The breakfast top. Position prefect. There is a bus stop in front of the house.
