This is a lovely old house in a quiet garden location and the queen bed is comfortable.

The lounge/dining area which contains the single bed is not particularly comfortable or well laid out. Wifi was weak

A quaint old 2-storey house with the rented accommodation occupying part of downstairs. The accommodation has plenty of space and a good indoor-outdoor connection from the bedroom (French doors). Comfortable furnishings and modern bathroom (good shower). Sunny location. Friendly host.

The breakfast was adequate but could have been enhanced with fruit juice and a muesli option. Maybe also additional breakfast toast spread options. The TV didn’t work (was warned of that by the host).

The suite of rooms was great (lounge, bedroom and bathroom), nicely laid out and clean. Breakfast was laid out ready for us.

A small point, but renters should be aware that the property requires payment in cash. In our case this was NZ$ 174. I paid the owner NZ$ 180 and am now back home in the UK and I'm still waiting for the the NZ$ 6 change.

It is incredibly charming both inside and out. The table and chairs just outside the bedroom door were a bonus.

Beautiful home and setting. Surrounding yard and gardens were stunning.
