Nice and quiet surroundings. Clean and comfortable.

The room was traditional architecture with very pleasant and homely vibe. Felt in love with it the moment I stepped in.

The access to the house is via a narrow lane. It is not well marked in the end which lane goes to the house.

We really liked feeling like we were at home, it is a beautiful space with beautiful gardens. There was more than enough room for 2 adults and a kid, and we settled in for a cosy night (it was cold despite being summer!). The bathroom was in very good, newly renovated condition and the heating worked well. We had a delicious filling breakfast in the garden.

We were confused about which driveway to take to enter the property - it would have been good for the sign to be more prominent.

The hosts are lovely people, very friendly and helpful. We were given a ground floor suite of lounge, bedroom and bathroom with independent access (key supplied). Breakfast was provided so that we could create it ourselves in the rooms we had. It was perfectly good continental style with fresh home-made bread. The house is a lovely old, refurbished home set in a lovely garden. It felt special to be there.

The only table we could sit at to eat was outdoors. This worked well for us on a beautiful fine morning but may have been an issue on a wet day, especially needing to work out the assembly of breakfast.

Peaceful setting, vintage decor. The bird life is amazing.

Not well signposted to find. Needs better breakfast and drink making set up- a small accessible table.

Not sure about he Religious letters given as we departured. Surely well meant but not for us 🥴
