Forest Manor

This lovely old house was very spacious. The beds very comfortable, and we had the option to have an additional bed so we had space to spread out. There was also natural fibre blankets which we really appreciated. The electric blankets too! Plenty of room, and the bathroom was very clean and a hot shower was really great, especially after a long day travelling. This place would look a real picture in the summer, when all the flowers are blooming and trees have greened up. Anne was very attentive to seeing us settled in and explained anything we needed to know about our use of the space. She also came and sorted out the tv remote for us. Thanks Anne! We loved our short stay, and wish we had stayed a little longer.

Forest Manor's charm and elegance set it apart from other places we have stayed. On the edge of town with a country feel, yet was only two minute drive from shops, supermarket and restaurants. We appreciated heaters in each room. The bookshelf contained an interesting selection.
