Charming, comfortable, convenient, quiet. Very warm welcome, great communication. Exactly what we were hoping for, but didn't expect. Great breakfast, great view, soft towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A BIG thank you to Sally & Simon our very friendly hosts, lovely room, many little ‘extra touches’ showing the hosts had thought about guest needs👍 Very comfortable Super Kingsize bed and a very well cooked full English breakfast. Hosts suggestions for dining venues were most satisfactory. If ever in the area again we would definitely look to stay here again .

The location was exactly as we wanted, very quiet but not isolated. Breakfast was superb, home made jams, bread, beautifully cooked eggs, bacon sausages, mushrooms, plenty of cereals, toast tea and coffee. Better than home.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

"Welcoming hosts at a lovely property a short drive from Lancaster."

Loved the peaceful location. The room was very comfortable and as the weather was warm we appreciated being able to open the windows and not have to worry about traffic noise. Breakfast was very tasty. The bathroom was modern and spotless.
