Everything was wonderful - clean, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, welcoming hosts, terrific location.

No complaints here, but good to be aware that check in times are a little restrictive (until 19:00 or up to 21:00 by special arrangement, and not later). I didn't notice this when booking and had to adapt my plans a little to fit in. Depending on the nature of your trip, this may be no drawback at all, and if you can easily arrive by these times then I wholeheartedly recommend starting here!

Beautiful location, easily accessible from M6. Perfect for visiting Lancaster. Property is beautiful, furnished tastefully throughout. Excellent breakfast, with tasty home made bread and marmalades. Helpful hosts.
