Had a great stay with everything within reach,the breakfast was brilliant with lots of choices,did try most of it 😋 Tony and Suzanne were great hosts,nothing was to much

Good location nice room lovely views

Got a problem nobody seems to be bothered the door from the room to the patio has a broken hinge so the door is held on by 1 hinge I have reported this on the 28 10 2024 at 15 00 and nothing been done bad customer service can't pick phone up and answer 😡

The location, cleanliness, fantastic breakfast options, ground floor, parking. Everything was perfect for our trip.

Amazing breakfast, great little private suite with its own entrance. Immaculately clean. Great tea and coffee facilties and fresh milk. Attentive hosts. Couldn't fault anything.

Maybe decor could do with an update but didn't detract from a comfortable stay.

We spent four nights here to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. An incredibly comfortable bed, plenty of space, impeccably clean and all the Sky channels if you want them. An open shower in the huge bathroom was a lovely added touch. The location was perfect. Access to a beautiful garden if required, blissfully quiet and the area had six totally different types of pubs within easy walking distance (we tried them all). The breakfasts were exceptional, with a vast amount of choice. East facing, so you get the benefit of the sun at breakfast and then in the evening. Our hosts were very friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Only 5 minutes walk to a small shopping centre with some really good takeaways. A ten minute walk to Penrhyn Bay beach - then a short walk up Little Orme to see the seals. 20 minute walk to Llandudno beach, then another 15 into town (just 5 minutes in the car). Rhos on Sea (sandy beach) just a 20 minute walk in the opposite direction, then another 10 minutes to Colwyn Bay (or once again 5 minutes by car). Conwy, Bangor, Ynys Mon and Rhyl all drivable within 30 minutes. Ideal whether you prefer walking or driving. Quite simply, the best place I've stayed at in over 45 years of travelling. Would rate it as an 11 if we could.
