Quiet place, very clean room. Fantastic very tasty breakfast.

The downside was the long distance to the promenade.

Suite of rooms, not just a bedroom. Very clean and comfortable. Private off road parking, private entrance. Best breakfast ever experienced in 40 years. Attentive but not intrusive hosts. Very reasonable pricing. Lots of homely touches, such as fridge with fresh milk, complimentary toiletries in wet room.
