Breakfast was excellent, very comfortable, and yummy food.

I felt like anything that was said or if a tv was on in our room, you could hear it from the outside. But that is probably just the product of an old house and not much else can be done about that.

Very large room with decks on both sides, clean and comfortable. Would be nice for an extended stay as it has a kitchen area.
