Rose Manor Bed & Breakfast

The hosts, Peter and Ruby, were very friendly and welcoming. They had so many helpful suggestions and recommendations. Their home was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed or asked for.

Location was perfect for getting into Metairie and downtown New Orleans in the busy Mardi Gras season. Room was large, beautifully appointed with just about every detail one could want - Refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer, sitting area, lots of outlets for charging - it was perfect! Rooms were immaculate and I am fussy so I could not complain about a single thing. Hosts were absolutely wonderful! Coffee and snacks were always available as was soft drinks and water at a very reasonable $1 per item!

Rose Manor Bed & Breakfast is a very charming boutique hotel run by a lovely family. It’s a special, warm place filled with antiques and unique vintage details. Everything is spotless, well-kept, and clearly made with love — the owners pay incredible attention to every detail. After the noise and intensity of the city center, coming back here feels like returning to your parents’ home: calm, cozy, and comforting. The hotel isn’t located in the downtown area, but it sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood by the river, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. If you don’t feel like heading back into the city or simply want a peaceful evening, you’ll easily find a nice spot nearby for dinner and a relaxing time. Highly recommend.

The couple are warm and friendly. It was incredibly clean. I loved the decor.

Location was a bit far for Ubers. More breakfast option. Not a criticism - otherwise it was amazing!
