"Acceptable and enjoyed."

Breakfast was very good and everything fresh and clean. The accommodation was quiet and in lovely surroundings.

The approach road was very bumpy and is in much need of repair. The stair and low door at the top was a little difficult for elderly people like us.

The breakfast and the smart t.v

Room was dirty. Ceiling was full of cracks. Carpet was old and dirty. Needs a hoover at least. Bathroom vinyl was coming apart. Mouldy shower head and mould around the shower. WiFi was shocking.

The location was beautiful. The room was nice with a separate sitting area.

Found the bed and pillows hard for my liking. Outside presentation could have been more inviting with a coat of paint and some tidying up.

"This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ll be back. Great central location."

Breakfast was very filling. Really nice just to to be allowed to get on with it.

The TV remote didn’t have any batteries - but it wasn’t a huge problem at all as we chose to read.

Everything, it was bloody cold when I got there and just got colder overnight. The place needs a big uplift. For the price I paid it was awful, went to eat a yoghurt on the morning and it was 6 days out of date. Just to put it in comparison with somewhere else, Tuesday and Wednesday night I stayed in a 5 star b&b at Windermere in the lake District for only £9 more a night... That was luxury and included a full cooked fresh breakfast both mornings. Would I recommend the place I've just stayed, absolutely not, in fact I'd like a bloody refund.
