Parking location could be clearer. No problem for us as we had the only car on the day.

Nice and cosy family run b&b. Made welcome and well looked after with minimum of fuss. Was very quiet at night and a great getaway from the bustle of a city.

I liked the space, and all the little touches (biscuits and little milk fridge).

Bathroom floor needs to be ripped up and fixed, very uneven , pretty sure there’s been water damage as the room smells off. The shower didn’t drain properly and I was afraid I’d flood the floor so had to actually stop my shower. No cooked breakfast, only B&B so far that hadn’t offered even a hard boiled egg. Definitely need to have a mobile phone to get messages in case the owner isn’t there when you arrive. There is a lock box with a key but if you can’t retrieve your messages you won’t have any idea of what to do

The owner upgraded us to large family room for no extra charge Warm comfortable room large tv complmentary tea and biscuits Lovely continental breakfast of cereal yoghurt croissants toast fruit etc Owner very friendly and helpful Very peaceful quiet area

Tiny bathroom for a family room shower no good for me far too small my fault for being too big
