A lovely quiet location. Self service breakfast of cereal, yogurt, fruit and toast with of tea or coffee. Barbara was very friendly and helpful. Lots of tea and coffee in room.

Bathroom was small & I’m a small person & still found it small. Room Could do with being painted. Outside grounds unkept, especially through porch side window!

"ok for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t be happy to stay for longer, as no owner contact felt off."

the beds were very comfortable selection & presentation of breakfast foods was good

never saw any of the owners, which felt a bit off - a bit like being on a ghost ship! I know they are busy people, but I think just a ‘hello’ would have been nice.
