"A dreamy haven along the Cotswolds Way"

We absolutely loved our stay at St. Annes during our Cotswolds Way walk! Greg and Iris were outstanding hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. Their two dogs were very well trained and proved to be adorable greeters! The bed was very comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. Don't miss a visit to the Royal Oak for dinner.

Best breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Centre of the village.

Tiny bathroom but it was fine. Would prefer not to have the (very nice) dogs sat next to me expectantly looking at my breakfast.

"A homely and warm welcome with great food."

St Anne’s is a beautiful house and Iris and Greg were very welcoming and accommodating. The cooked breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were very quiet.

Everything was fine for us but people with mobility issues might have trouble getting upstairs and using some of the bathroom facilities, but this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone booking a room in a property of this age.

"It was adequate without being exceptional."

Located in a lovely village with good local pubs & restaurants.

It was rather basic and tired . The bed wasn’t made up or fresh towels provided .
