St Annes Bed and Breakfast

Characterful old house, comfortable beds, a warm welcome and a nice breakfast.

The welcome was one of the warmest and friendliest I could imagine. After a long day (or few days) of hiking, to be greeted with a pot of tea and cake was perfect!

There's nothing to dislike. I'm sad we had to leave though!

Breakfast was wonderful & hosts helpful & friendly…lovely room, comfy bed, nice linen….loved the dogs, we enjoyed our stay immensely!

Other than a dodgy tv remote we couldn’t fault it!

The bed was comfortable and it was a good breakfast.

This was the second highest price on our Cotswold Way walk (the highest was a superb renovated hotel) We expected an upmarket B&B for the price. The outside looked scruffy but we don't judge a book by it's cover. There was an uninspiring lobby where we left our boots, then through the breakfast room which was fine. But the bedroom was really small, our bags were on the floor and we had to walk round them. Apart from a small table with a kettle and coffee there was no surface to stand anything on. There was no milk in the room for the coffee and I walked downstairs twice to request some but no one was there so we drank it black. There were bits of mould in the bathroom and the television was the size of a laptop screen. Sorry this is not what we expected for the price. People who stayed across the road had a lot better deal (in The Troy)
