Everything. This place is amazing value for money; a calm, chilled oasis; delicious breakfast; spacious rooms and shared area; helpful and kind staff. Will be booking again for sure.

The wet/wash rooms are a little hard to keep clean/dry.

Beautiful place to relax! My family and I splurged a bit with accommodation for this part of Thailand but it was worth it. We stayed in the windowless family room because of the size and it was the biggest room we stayed in and we enjoyed it. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. They allowed us to use the bicycles to get around the area and were able to pick us up from our bus when we arrived.

Excellen location for a peacefull retreat , bungalow was very cosy and had everything you need , can highly recommend. Staff was lovely and the breakfast was amazing!

Super kind owners and staff. Eh picked us up from the station, gave us suggestions for food and even helped us order food delivery, and sorted us a really kind taxi driver to Ko Chang the next day. Both sisters were so kind and patient. The environment and being in nature was also so lovely, the vibes were relaxed and happy. Simple rooms but everything you need - the common area is so peaceful to hang out, play games, relax or even come and work from. Breakfast also yum! All in all our favourite stay in Thailand and hope to be back one day!! Thank you :)

Just PERFECT! Great location, very chill and relaxed, super clean, very comfy, on the lake, super nice family! Highly recomended!

Very nicely located at the river, breakfast is very good, a lot of common space to hang around . Everyone was very kind and helpful.

The rooms are a bit small, totally ok for 1 person, but with two it could get tight.. But then again, you can just go outside on the terrace :)

-Friendly host and free water and snacks provided. -We booked a family room for four and we were only a group of three. The host very kindly told us we had breakfast for four and we could share the extra plate. -Free welcome drink (very good thai tea) -cute quirky rooms - we couldn’t make breakfast on time one day and they arranged another time for us

The best breakfast I have had in 12 trips to Thailand There are choices to suit anyone and all presented with flair. The location is set near a small river completely forested. It is like a deep jungle retreat truly an oasis of nature. The hosts Eh and Oh were lovely and very helpful with info and arrangement of taxis and tours. They both speak excellent English. The staff were also very kind and the house cats kept our children entertained. This is a gem of place and is exactly the sort of accommodation I seek out when travelling. Near to street food, 7/11 and several Thai style family restaurants. The common area is very well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals with drinks and snacks available aswell. Exceptionally relaxing atmosphere. Squirrels and many birds along with all of the sounds of nature lend to this garden oasis.
