Chomklong Experience

Staff were so incredibly nice, location is nestled among trees and the river. Perfect launch pad for visiting Khao yai. We had a lovely time!

Great all round experience, lovely breakfast, restaurant in the hotel next door is amazing for other meals (you can ask them to remove meat if you are vegetarian). Option to use shower block for showers as well. Eh was very responsive and helpful, booked us a taxi to and from Bangkok to get to the accommodation and also a guided tour of the Khao Yai national park. The tour was unforgettable!

Unfortunately, we only had two nights at the Chomklong Experience. We liked everything very much. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so friendly! We would come back any time.

The location is just wonderful: shady, green and peaceful, a charmingly furnitured bungalow and the most friendly staff. Not to forget the excellent breakfast. Tours to Khao Yai National Park can be booked on the spot, too. The nightmarket can easily be reached by foot. All in all a very good price quality relation, absolutely recomnended!

Only minor things, which didn't bother me much but others should be aware of: the fridge in the room is loud at night ( because everything around is so quiet one notices 😊), little storage area near the bed and in the bathroom, shower and toilet are together in the very small bathroom.

The staff and owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is located on a quite area at a small stream. The cottages are basic and cosy. Although basic, but everything was clean and functional. That's what's count. If someone expects 5* accommodation will be disappointed. Who looks for a unique and picturesque place will get a 5* accommodation and a 5* welcome. The coffee is excellent.

There was nothing we disliked. As I said, depends on someone's expectation.

Fabulous staff gave the warmest of welcomes and couldn’t have been more helpful. Good English (which we have found rare in Thailand) and happy to help with tourist questions. Rustic but well decorated cabins with everything you need at an great price.

Only minor negatives such as the Duvet was a bit small for the bed

A very friendly and welcoming place to stay. Our hosts very kindly collected us from the train station and took us back at the end of our stay. Set in lovely gardens overlooking a river, and bursting with interesting wildlife, the bungalow was clean and well equipped, and with a very nice private terrace. Breakfast was tasty, healthy and substantial. They also organise reasonably priced tours into the national park. It's a short walk from the town, although there isn't a great deal there. The BaiMai Vintage a couple of doors down is worth a visit - very eccentric! Overall, highly recommended

Somewhere to put clothes would be useful, but overall very good.

I loved the shared area with comfortable seats, chilled atmosphere and self-service bar. The forrest at the vecinity sounded amazing. The host was extraordinarily helpful!

The only thing was that when we arrived at night, the street leading to the place had several loose dogs. It's better to take taxi if you're afraid of dogs, as we are.
