"Pleasant"

The Staffs are very accommodating,polite and helpful. Especially Miss Keith from Telefon area/Call Area.

WiFi is not working on the days of Our Stay. We have to rely in Our mobile Data, and the cell Service is also Not good! Room is a Bit old. The appearance is Not Clean. There is only a choice of Coffee or hot chocolate at breakfast, No Juice available.

the toilet smells like a dead mouse even after cleaning . when we get in the room the smell fills up the whole unit

"Worth it!"

It gave me the vibe how it was in the 90’s going to my grandparents house and it was very clean. All the staff was accommodating from beginning to end. Me and my cousin enjoyed so much especially by the pool area.

Breakfast was really good. The Casa is also a big place. They have two pools, a nice big garden and patios. The place overall is very nice and refreshing. A little more pricey than other hotels in the area in Booking.com but the variety of amenities and comfort is worth it. They also have water heater for the shower and bidet

Location is very strategic and right at the heart of everything. Greenery adds refreshing atmosphere. Cafe and Restaurant is a plus in the property. Good food and their Coconut creamy Latte is outstanding! Really one of a kind. Staffs were amazing - from the Guards , Office , Cafe and Restaurant. I really like that they have added the room air purifier/ dehumidifier.

"Affordable place to stay"

Nice and affordable place to stay. Food was delicious and staff was caring and approachable. Room was comfortable.

Food takes a really long time to be served. It rained hard and there were some leaks in the room. Wifi signal wasn’t that good in certain areas of the room.

We love the room that was given to us! It was spacious and the interior design was so aesthetically pleasing. The aircon was really cold which we like. Their staffs were also kind and very helpful🤍

I hope they clean the rooms and outdoor bathrooms often because we saw some unclean spots or dust particles
