staff were very accommodating and approachable. food was ok and rooms were great too!

staff has to coordinate better - i was accommodated a late check out and the other staff was not aware and caused confusion. food was quite overpriced, especially the cakes (3k for a whole queso de bola, we bought as a gift).

The place does not look like it is in the city, it was very peaceful inside. They have great customer service and restaurant inside cooks delicious food. We were alone in the pool which was really nice.

The usual service was good The staff remembered I am a repeating guest

However the sad thing was room 12 the issue of the toilet pipe leakage and smell is still on going Causing inconvenience and constant issues of flooding or wet floor upon using daily Highly recommended to overhaul the entire sink and toilet bowl piping Thanks so much

Near other places like church, transportation, grocery, sight seeing area.

Although the room is spacious, suggestions such as: door needs a curtain or must be designed not to reflect too much light from outside. (Rm. 9) The sink and lavatory are small. The mirror is lower in height. But over all, the space is clean. For the dining, best that condiments (vinegar, soy sauce, chili) are readily available especially in serving fish and pork for the free breakfast. Over all, meal servings are enough and well prepared.
