Beautiful hotel grounds and rooms

Love the surroundings, very lush and green. Friendly staff, good location.

There was a rat running on the side of the ceilings on our last night. There were smokers on neighboring cottages and the smell of the smoke travel to our room. There was dust on the sides of the bed, which meant it's not cleaned well, I started coughing, which is why I had to investigate for dust. Breakfast was served cold.

Food was good. Breakfast was good Staff were very accommodating. Nice ambience outside the room with a lot of greens and nice garden.

Room was very dusty Bed was not comfortable, it’s just 5-6”thick foam, poor quality No hairdryer With a dusty floor, you’ll need an indoor slippers which was not provided Poor quality curtains

Ambience the scenery is great!

So far nothing, but I hope they improve their accessibility for PWD & family with baby using strollers.

Clogged toilet and bad booking. Not a good arrangement in your end. I am not happy for your setting and arrangements. Unpleasant....So DISappointed

The place was quiet and relaxing, and quite central to where we wanted to go. The food was good as well, especially the kulawo.

If we could have bought some art pieces, but the ones we wanted were not for sale ;)

Very good pizza available in their restaurant. Secure leisure grounds/facilities/parking. Available room wifi.

Weak water pressure at night. Intermittent room cable tv.
