The property is well placed in Tavistock. Everything was first class. Stayed in the Triple room. Nice and spacious. Highly recommend. Breakfast was all good and lovely views from the conservatory over the river

Parking is a bit of tight squeeze but the owners move the cars around as needs be so as to accommodate everyone.

The location to the centre of the Tavistock is great. Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The shower was lush! Breakfast was delicious. We stayed for 2 nights and the access to Dartmoor for walking and running is great.

Loved it. Very friendly host who took the time and attention to give us advice about our walking routes, share some local / family history with us, and give us some wildlife spotting tips. Rooms good and breakfast location fantastic by the river in the warm conservatory
