Kingfisher Cottage

Very convenient to the Town centre and also Drakes Trail. The owners were very accommodating and responsive and the breakfast was excellent with a lovely view over the river.

Clean room. Triple glazed window ensured a quiet night. Good breakfast.

Paul was very friendly and also helpful, with regard to parking. Room was comfortable, with a nice view of the river. Breakfast was vey good. Will happily stay again - good value and convenient location

Very welcoming and helpful. The host, Paul cooked me a full English breakfast earlier than normal to fit in with my schedule.

Host was very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, clean and had everything that was required. Very Short walk into Tavistock for our evening meal, sadly missed breakfast as had to leave very early for work.

Well presented and tasty. The breakfast area was well located overlooking the river.

I found the beds too high off the ground. I am less than 5 foot tall so found the bed too high to get into easily. Very comfortable once I was in it. There was no rack to place a suitcase on so it had to go on a bed.

Lovely bed linen and big shower in private bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Great view over the river from the bedroom.

Parking was tight but was happy to leave keys for car to be moved if necessary.
