Paddy was a great host , very friendly & helpful & breakfast was excellent, the property was absolute value for money & the location was excellent for exploring Dartmoor. Richard who ran the pub was very friendly & couldn’t have been more helpful & the food in the pub was very nice .

Shower was very temperamental. Just got the temperature right when it suddenly went very hot. Not easy to control

Great bathtub and plenty of hot water.

Roon had bed made up but sheets had not been changed, dishes dirty etc. Rugs in building are worn out and dirty, peeling paint. Food was mediocre.

Paddy is a brilliant host goes the extra mile to assist with anything. We stayed for the weekend lovely location dog friendly bnb and surrounded by great outdoors of Dartmoor.
