Staff was very friendly and kind, room was spacious and bright, clean as well, excellent location to explore Palermo, pricey but value for money especially nowadays. Didn't choose the breakfast option, so no opinion on that.

The rooms in an old apartment have been very sympathetically restored. The neighbourhood is not especially interesting but is quite close to the historic centre of Palermo very convenient for the station. We were welcomed by the owners.

"Beautiful room on our first night in Sicily."

Absolutely beautiful room, bath, furnishings and great hosts. Hosts spoke excellent English so it was easy to communicate. Easy walk from the train station.

I didn’t realize that it was on a floor of a larger building. This is fairly common in Italy. I just wasn’t expecting it.
