The staff was really nice, though we didn't speak or interact much.

Dirty, uncomfortable, old furnitures and facilities. Not properly cleaned. No sink, oven or stove in the kitchen, so any dirty cutlery or plates we had to take back to the small sink in our room to wash. *Breakfast included " meant there was cereal some milk and raw eggs in the kitchen.

Everything was too old For Breakfast I have to share the same jars of jam already opened and used from other guests. The fridge was full of all different already opened and used kind of food. I couldn't really use any of those. It was totally unhygienic.

Clean bedding, although small holes in bottom sheet. Tv worked, able to get a hot drink on arrival, access to property good, clear communication from host.

Dirty carpets throughout, mold throughout bathroom & around windows. Extraction fan did not work, no heating, mattress very hard, about 1 inch thick & springs felt. Electric sockets on wall are very loose. Decor outdated, chipped and worn throughout. Did not partake of breakfast as it was all loose cereals in plastic containers so had no idea what was in them. The property was run down. We would not stay here again

Location is right near airport and nec. Parking is on the property. Price was fair. Everything is dated and a little tired looking but it was clean and once I got in the room I had what I needed and slept well.

I did arrive earlier than i expected but had to wait to get access to the room. Other people staying at the property tried to help me but no ower/s were available even on the phone initially which was frustrating after a long journey so I had to sit in the lounge area waiting.

Cheerful friendly welcome on arrival from the host. WiFi was good. Usefully near supermarket and train station.

Biggest disappointment was "Breakfast". In the "dining room", a couple of tubs of cereal and no milk, no bowls, no spoons does not constitute the "help yourself" breakfast we were informed about. We could barely have tea as there were almost no mugs and no sink to fill the kettle from/wash used mugs (used crockery was within full view piled up on trays below the counter)... we had to use the water fountain. There was nothing like toast, bacon, eggs (well there was some sort of implement for boiling eggs but zero instruction on how to use it), sausages, beans etc. No cooker to use. There was a fridge but all the items in it were labelled as belonging to other rooms.. we did not know that was the system. We had to go out for breakfast both days which was irritating because this accommodation was advertised as "breakfast included". Also the room was pretty cold on the second night and no way to turn up the heat on the storage heater in the room. Also the room was not as clean as it could be... dirt on the shower cubicle and other parts of the bathroom. And the bed was really hard. There was no hair dryer and no tea/coffee facilities in the room either. Definitely will not be staying here again.
