"Adequate stay for one night - friendly staff"

Staff was very friendly and let me check in early

Mattress on the double bed was so uncomfortable and everything seemed run down. To say it includes breakfast which is a help yourself out of cupboards is misleading

"Perfect"

The stay at the Charde met all of our expectations with fantastic, helpful and generous hosts. Perfect.

I wish they could physically deliver 28 degrees of a heatwave for the whole of brum. Unfortunately they are human and can only provide such a climate at home in the Charde.
