Great location- concept great but not quite got it right - parking fantastic bonus. Great location for NEC and airport. Very welcome host nothing to much trouble.

The cleanliness was not good. Bed linen stained mattress spring sticking out. Pillows filth /stained under pillow slips. Shower dirty. Breakfast- help your self great idea but again cleanliness was an issue - dirty cups and plates - several tubs of butter and jam in the fridge with everyone sharing - maybe think of buying individual sachet? Cracking place just not quite got the concept right and cleanliness let it down.

The man who received me ( I’m not sure he’s the manager or owner) was so polite and helpful. He made me really feel at home. He provided extra heating for my room as it had snowed and was really cold. He also gave me a phone charger to charge my phone which was almost dead. I will recommend the place.

"You get what you pay for, didn't pay much, didn't get much"

location was great for long stay Airport parking

The shower was cold so couldn't use it. The bed was really uncomfortable so didn't sleep well. Had to leave early so didn't use breakfast facilities.

"Amazing and great value for money"

The host/owner was so helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, beds comfy. I stayed with my daughter who is autistic and struggles with being away from home but she was so content.

Instructions printed on how to use egg cooker, and some more larger mugs would be my only suggestions but very minor "issues".
