"Was ok for 1 night. Thought it was a B&B but a room with a shared kitchen."

Was Cheap, parking ok and near NEC/Train/Airport. Ok if your lodging and need a cheap board to stop at.

Dirty, No Room Drinks, Decor Old, Make your own breakfast with stuff in the kitchen. Was OJ, Tea, Coffee, Toast, Cereal, Eggs.

"A budget stay."

The location is fine. I like aeroplanes ! I was expecting continental breakfast. I would describe the offering as English.

Most of the milk was labelled as reserved, I used my own. An attendant would be appreciated. I did not know how to cook an egg. There was no hot water in my wash basin.

Absolutely nothing. The place was a Sh--hole. The shower was filthy and I did not use it for fear of germs. The room door would not lock. It had been forced open, breaking the timber frame and not repaired. The lock receiver was dangling off the frame. The room had not been cleaned for a long, long time. There was no 'Service' whatsoever. I did not see anyone after being shown the room when I arrived. I am not a whinger but I can tell you as a seasoned traveller, that I am so incensed that I will be posting my experience on-line to the several groups to which I belong

Everything. The supposed continental breakfast was a disgrace. It was a loaf of bread, some raw eggs and an egg boiler. a kettle and the fridge was indescribable. Inside was two almost empty tubs of spread, six jars of marmalade all on the last dregs of marmalade. Goodness knows how long they had been there and did not look as if they were inedible. I paid for two nights and could only bear to stay one night and very reluctantly at that. I slept on top of the bed in my clothes as I did not want to catch anything from under the bedclothes. A refund of £48 and compensation would be nice.

"Did the job"

Water stains on the ceiling. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Wood chip wallpaper. Whole place looks tired. The bed was uncomfortable.
